FaceGym are the market leaders in facial massage and the pioneers of a unique sculpting application method. They launched a first-to-market microneedling device and needed a strong 360 global campaign to promote the product.

The strategy was to reach out to the loyal FaceGym fanbase and have real community members be the face of the campaign. By heroing real people and their skincare journeys, we positioned the active rollers as a skincare tool for everyone which highlighted the inclusivity and multiplicity of the product. The main focus of the campaign was digital first, and as TikTok thrives off personality-driven content, we leant into this by casting real people and let their personalities shine through for an authentic tone of voice. The product had incredible results in the clinical product trials and I wanted the campaign to focus on the real people and real results.
